SHIPPING

We ship for FREE using ELTA COURIER for Greece. Add option GREECE FREE DELIVERY during checkout.

Of course you can always arrange to collect from our boutique in Athens. It’s a chance to meet us in person.

The selection exists during the checkout process in the second step (order options) as pick up.

For Countries in Zones 1 & 2 we ship with DHL with a minimum charge.

The shipping price is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The actual price will be calculated during checkout.

We take all the precautions needed for safe packaging / travelling.

We will process all orders within 24hours and then It takes up to 2-5 maximum working days to be delivered, depending on where you are based in Greece or 10-15 working days for the rest of the world. If your order is placed over the weekend, your items will be shipped on the following Monday.


Ordered items are always in stock.

Our company is not responsible for delays due to: the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident.

Τhe address declared by you needs to be real and valid with post code included.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Avantgarde Objects insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

  • Returns in broken items;

If something is broken inform us immediately and make sure to give the product with its original packaging to the courier, otherwise the shipping company will not take the responsibility.

Upon receipt of an order, you should notify us by email at sales@avantgarde-objects.com on the same day if there is a problem.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Returns in faulty items;

We check thorougly every single object before sending, but in any case,

we will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.

If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting sales@avantgarde-objects.com about the fault.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

Returns of faulty goods must be received by us within 7 days of being delivered to you.

  • Returns in general;

If you purchased online and you are unhappy with our products in anyway, they can be refunded provided they are unused. 
Items must be returned within 7 days of being received by you.

We will only accept returns in the same condition as delivered to you.

Returns in scent diffusors are not acceptable

  • Refunds;

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product(s).

Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Please notice that the cost of returned items when they are not broken or faulty is paid by you.
